“Hey, y’all. My name’s Dallas Robinson. I’m really nobody. I’m a 6-foot-4, 210-pound white guy that lives in Kentucky. I train myself. A lot like everybody else, when I got out of college, I went and started working. For a year, I was miserable. I wasn’t doing what the Lord created me to do, and that’s run.” So begins this mini-documentary on the training and progress of Dallas Robinson, a little known sprinter who turned heads last year with some truly quick times. Among the training techniques showcased in this video, Dallas does some treadmill overspeed work, the goal of which is to teach the body to run at faster than naturally achievable speed.
